About the Role

If you love turning complex meeting programs into smooth, scalable experiences, this role is for you. As the Global Meetings Program and Technology Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day success of a global meetings program while owning the meetings technology experience, currently Groupize. You'll partner with stakeholders across regions, improve workflows, support users, and turn data into smarter decisions. This role also works closely with a Europe-based Global Travel Manager, so your schedule will need to align across GMT and PT time zones (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PT).

You're Good At



  • Managing global meetings programs, meetings operations, or event technology tools
  • Working with meetings technology platforms, ideally Groupize, and troubleshooting with confidence
  • Sourcing meeting and event venues, negotiating with suppliers, and reviewing contracts
  • Creating training materials, leading user education, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Using data, reporting, and process improvement strategies to drive smarter, more efficient program outcomes


You Might Also Have



  • Experience supporting a global meetings technology platform in a hands-on way
  • Familiarity with meetings, travel, sourcing, and supplier management processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones
  • HCP or Life Sciences planning experience, plus familiarity with Microsoft Copilot
  • Ability to work remotely

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Global Meetings Program & Technology Manager is between $70,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
