Job Description The Field Marketing Manager visits with mid-size and large agencies in the assigned territory and is responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships. What will you do?
- Visits agencies in person or virtually to build relationships, set goals, and provide guidance using performance data.
- Serves as the main contact for agents by answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating more complex concerns when needed.
- Schedules and prepares for meetings by reviewing reports, tracking production and retention, and organizing materials for agency discussions.
- Maintains strong knowledge of products to train agents, support their sales efforts, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Monitors market trends and competitor activity, shares insights internally, and works with underwriting to understand decisions.
- Attends events and meetings to promote products, present updates, and strengthen relationships with agencies.
- Identifies and evaluates potential new agency partners and supports efforts to grow the network.
- Continues to develop marketing, communication, and industry knowledge through training and ongoing learning.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent
- 7 or more years related work experience
- Knowledge of insurance and rating insurance products
- Insurance industry experience and marketing techniques
