TITLE: People Services Specialist
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid: Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote; transitioning to 5 days onsite starting September 18, 2026)

The People Services Specialist is responsible for delivering HR guidance and solutions to employees and people leaders, with a focus on supporting operations in Mexico. This role partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to address escalated issues and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. The position requires strong execution in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on customer service, process improvement, and regional expertise in cultural and legal HR practices. Key Responsibilities
Triage incoming HR service tickets and emails; research and resolve requests efficiently.
Provide day-to-day HR support including onboarding, policy guidance, total rewards, HR systems, and cyclical programs.
Manage onboarding processes, including document preparation and collection for new hires.
Serve as a subject matter expert across HR functions and shared services such as payroll, benefits, and equity.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems and tools.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and tools.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate HR COEs and act as a liaison to ensure resolution.
Create and maintain employee records (physical and electronic), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee prehire processes for Mexico, including background checks and tracking system updates.
Facilitate new hire orientation in coordination with local leadership and cross-functional teams.
Support additional projects and duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee support roles.
Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, employee data management, and HR systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with regional HR practices, labor laws, and cultural considerations (Mexico preferred).
Proficiency with HRIS systems and standard business tools.
Willingness to work a hybrid schedule and transition to full onsite as required.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $23-$25per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
