Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Registrar/Admin Coordinator -
LTAP (Temporary) for the The Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation (
CAIT). The Registrar/Admin Coordinator -
LTAP (Temporary) will support clerical and event operations at The State of New Jersey's Local Technical Assistance Program (
LTAP). The primary responsibility of this position is customer service.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Responds to inquiries via email or phone.
- Provides timely resolutions to requests or concerns.
- Maintains a professional and positive experience for all.
- Utilizes the organization's registration system (this includes processing registrations, maintaining accurate participant records, generating reports, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring data integrity across platforms).
- Coordinates parking for in-person class participants, and track/maintain course materials inventory.
