Coordinates patient flow ensures high-quality and safe patient care, and fosters exceptional patient experiences while guiding and supporting unit staff within designated service areas. May also provide direct patient care as needed. Ensures the delivery of safe, timely, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care, fostering a high-performing environment that supports both patients and care teams. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (minimum Associate Degree in Nursing required; programs under conditional status may be considered with approval) Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Mexico or compact state required Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required Certifications: BLS, ACLS We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
