The Data Analyst - Strategic Enablement plays a critical role by supporting shared and cross-functional services across COVE. This role is designed to provide strategic, analytical, and operational support that ensures high-quality delivery of executive materials, reporting, performance management, and enablement efforts. This role is focused on strategic enablement activities that directly support the COVE's objectives, including execution of cross-functional deliverables, internal communications, and operational coordination. Additionally, this role draws on foundational COVE Business Analyst responsibilities, ensuring continuity of analytical rigor, reporting, and insight generation as needed. The Data Analyst - Strategic Enablement role enables COVE to scale shared and cross-functional services with consistency, quality, and efficiency. By directly supporting the Cross-Functional Business Manager, this role strengthens operational maturity, enhances executive readiness, and ensures that strategic insights and enablement efforts are supported by strong analytical foundations. This is a hybrid role requiring an average of four (4) in office days per week working from the Minnetonka, MN location. Primary Responsibilities: Strategic Enablement & Cross-Functional Support

The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
