Job Summary We are currently hiring a Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst for our Shared Services Digital Transformation and Strategy team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for both platform excellence and strategic partnership. You will administer, optimize, and evolve Staffmark Group's Salesforce environment while serving as a trusted business analyst to stakeholders across recruitment operations, sales, and leadership. This intermediate-level role combines platform ownership with structured business analysis - translating business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations, safeguarding data quality, and delivering dashboards and insights that support executive and operational decision-making. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership Includes Activities Such as These: Salesforce Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce environments supporting 300+ users, including user management, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Design, build, and maintain Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts in alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
- Manage data integrity through deduplication, cleansing, and ongoing data governance practices across Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and other core objects.
- Administer third-party integrations and AppExchange solutions; oversee sandbox management, deployments, and release coordination.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and information security standards.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively assess organizational impact, communicating risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
Business Analysis
- Partner with business stakeholders across recruitment operations and sales to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and scalable Salesforce configurations.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder interviews; conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage an enhancement backlog - prioritize with purpose and push back constructively when requests do not serve the business.
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports that support executive decision-making and operational visibility.
- Lead UAT planning, test case development, and user acceptance coordination.
Platform Strategy & Enablement
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders - not just a ticket executor.
- Drive Salesforce adoption through user training, onboarding, and enablement programs.
- Contribute to the product roadmap, balancing short-term operational needs with long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with technology, data, and operations teams on cross-functional initiatives; evaluate and recommend platform enhancements, vendor tools, and integration approaches.
