A Taste of What You'll Do As a strategic Human Resources Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across multiple business functions and locations, helping translate business strategy into people practices that drive results. You'll play a critical role in shaping organizational effectiveness by aligning talent, culture, and HR programs with business objectives while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. In this role, you'll lead organizational planning, development, coaching, and change management efforts that support key initiatives. You'll partner closely with leaders to anticipate workforce needs, guide talent and succession planning, and ensure teams are positioned for both immediate and long-term success. Through strong relationships with HR Centers of Excellence, you'll deliver integrated solutions across talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, and people operations. You'll be a hands-on coach and advisor, supporting leaders and employees through performance management, employee relations matters, and times of change. From facilitating leadership team discussions to supporting communications around employee changes, your influence will be felt across the organization. You'll also play an active role in labor relations, including union contract management and negotiations, ensuring alignment with business goals, legal requirements, and Gallo's values. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by balancing strategic thinking with practical execution, driving continuous improvement, and reinforcing a culture of ownership, accountability, and intrapreneurship. What You'll Need * Master's degree plus 3 years of human resources business partner or generalist experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of human resources business partner or generalist experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Gallo human resources experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of human resources business partner or generalist experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. How You'll Stand Out * Advanced education and depth of HR business partner experience, including a Master's degree plus 5 years or a Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of progressively responsible HR business partner experience, along with at least 1 year of Industrial Relations Experience.
