When your child needs care, our compassionate team brings years of experience in meeting the unique medical needs of children of all ages. At Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, we are proud to be a premier clinical and academic health system delivering expert pediatric care for infants, children, and teens facing some of the most complex medical conditions. Ranked the #1 Children's Hospital in Florida and nationally recognized in specialties including Cardiology, Endocrinology, and more, we are committed to advancing pediatric healthcare through innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

As a Magnet designated hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the world's largest and most prestigious nursing credentialing organization, we are at the forefront of healthcare and nursing practice. Our Nurse Managers and clinical leaders play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of patient care while fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and professional excellence.

With more than half of our 259-bed teaching hospital dedicated to intensive care services, we serve as the regional pediatric referral center for Florida's west coast. Physicians and community hospitals rely on us to care for critically ill patients, perform complex surgical procedures, and provide access to innovative treatments and therapies. Through strong community partnerships, we also manage neonatology and additional pediatric services at several hospitals across the region.

We prioritize the well-being and success of our team members. Join a supportive and collaborative environment that values work-life balance, continuous learning, professional development, and career growth opportunities while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families every day.

The CanSurvive Clinic at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital provides long-term care and support for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult cancer survivors who are at least five years post-treatment. The program monitors and manages potential late effects of cancer therapy through personalized survivorship care plans, annual follow-up visits, and coordinated care with multiple specialties to help survivors lead healthy, fulfilling lives.
