The CanSurvive Clinic at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital provides long-term care and support for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult cancer survivors who are at least five years post-treatment. The program monitors and manages potential late effects of cancer therapy through personalized survivorship care plans, annual follow-up visits, and coordinated care with multiple specialties to help survivors lead healthy, fulfilling lives. This role is grant-funded and therefore temporary in nature. While the position is expected to continue through the life of the grant, ongoing employment is dependent on continued funding. Qualifications: * BSN from an accredited School of Nursing * Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Salary Range: Minimum 38.34/hour - Maximum 59.43/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
