Job Summary
The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including loading trucks, inventory handling, repackaging products, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This role ensures products are accurately loaded, rotated, and handled according to company standards while supporting efficient warehouse and distribution activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of performing physical warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with loading trucks in accordance with company distribution standards
• Verify truck loads for accuracy based on Account Manager requests
• Rotate products on trucks and within the warehouse according to expiration dates and inventory procedures
• Repackage and clean products in compliance with warehouse standards
• Dispose of damaged or out-of-code products following management approval and company procedures
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping floors, and operating floor scrubbers as needed
• Support inventory handling and warehouse organization activities
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required

Work Experience

• Previous warehouse, loading, inventory, or distribution experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to use hands for handling, lifting, reaching, and operating warehouse equipment
• Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and varying weather conditions
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Ability to work in moderate noise-level warehouse environments
