- The Physical Security Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of all physical security related tasks that support the daily operations of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). This role will ensure that the guidelines outlined in the security Intelligence Community Directives, including ICD 705, are strictly adhered to. The Physical Security Manager may also be asked to assist with personnel security related tasks when opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience in physical security within DoD, IC, or cleared industry
- Demonstrated experience with SCIF operations and ICD 705 requirements
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, IDS, and CCTV technologies
- Experience conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions
- Ability to interpret and apply federal security regulations and policies
- Prior experience supporting various IC Agencies
- Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding activities
