This is a hybrid opportunity where you'll work a few days a week out of our Concord, CA office.

Summary of Position:

The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner to the CEO helping to prioritize initiatives, drive alignment, and ensure follow-through on key strategic objectives. The role combines operational rigor, executive support, communications, and program management to translate priorities into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities


Executive Office Leadership

  • Lead all aspects of CEO office operations, including scheduling, travel, communications, and administrative infrastructure
  • Ensure seamless execution of daily operations while protecting CEO focus on strategic priorities
  • Establish processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability


Program & Project Management



  • Participate in executive leadership meetings to take minutes and assist with driving execution of high-priority initiatives and special projects across the organization
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and accountability across leadership teams
  • Manage competing priorities with strong organizational discipline


Board & Event Management



  • Oversee logistics and execution of board meetings, leadership offsites, and corporate events
  • Manage vendors, budgets, agendas, and communications


Executive Communications



  • Prepare presentations, memos, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Support corporate communications and alignment across teams


Cross-Functional Coordination



  • Act as liaison between CEO, ELT, board, and external partners
  • Partner across departments to ensure alignment and execution


AI & Process Optimization



  • Introduce AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting, and communication
  • Continuously refine processes for speed, clarity, and impact


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in executive operations, program management, or Chief of Staff roles
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity


  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform duties of a highly confidential nature that require knowledge of organizational policies
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives in complex environments
  • Sound judgment and critical thinking skills.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $150,000-165,000 annually. Base pay is one part of the total package to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
