SR SAP Analyst PP/MM/WM, Full Time, Hybrid, Easton PA

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Sr. SAP Systems Analyst - PP/MM/WM is responsible for the support, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM) modules within a discrete manufacturing environment.

This role has primary ownership of SAP Warehouse Management, including end to end warehouse execution, RF scanner functionality, barcode and Zebra printing solutions, and integration with PP and MM. The position requires strong business process analysis skills, the ability to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions, and the capability to provide subject matter expertise to business users to optimize manufacturing and warehouse operations. Experience supporting SAP ECC environments with future readiness for SAP EWM is preferred.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAP Production Support & Configuration



  • Provide production support for SAP PP, MM, and WM modules
  • Configure and maintain SAP PP, MM, and WM based on business requirements
  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement longterm solutions


Warehouse Management (Primary Focus)



  • Own and support endtoend SAP WM warehouse processes, including:


    • Inbound processing, putaway, and quality staging
    • Internal warehouse movements and replenishment
    • Production staging and PP-WM integration
    • Picking, packing, goods issue, and outbound processing


  • Configure SAP WM components including storage types, sections, bins, and strategies
  • Manage Transfer Requirements (TR) and Transfer Orders (TO) processing


RF, Barcode & Printing Solutions



  • Maintain and enhance SAP WM RF scanner functionality
  • Support Zebra desktop and mobile printing integrated with SAP WM and MM
  • Own barcode labeling solutions across warehouse and production operations


Business Process & Integration



  • Work with business users to define asis processes and design tobe solutions
  • Identify functional gaps and recommend systemenabled process improvements
  • Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure endtoend integration
  • Work with technical (ABAP) teams to design and implement enhancements


Training & Knowledge Transfer



  • Develop functional documentation and training materials
  • Conduct enduser training for PP, MM, and WM processes


FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Production Planning (PP)



  • Master data: Material Master, Bills of Materials, Work Centers, Routings
  • Demand Management and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Shop Floor Control and Capacity Requirements Planning
  • KANBAN processes


Materials Management (MM)



  • Master data: Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists
  • Purchase Order processing
  • Inventory Management
  • Invoice Verification
  • EDI / IDoc knowledge including (but not limited to): CREMAS, ORDERS, INVOIC


Warehouse Management (WM)



  • SAP ECC WM master data and configuration
  • Storage types, storage bins, and bin determination
  • Putaway, picking, and replenishment strategies
  • TR and TO processing
  • RF framework support for warehouse execution
  • Barcode scanning and Zebra printing solutions
  • Physical inventory and WM-IM reconciliation
  • SAP EWM exposure or implementation experience is an added advantage


In accordance with the NIST CSF and Hallmark Standards, ensure adherence to policies and processes to remain in compliance for maintenance, security continuous monitoring and recovery areas including Asset Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Vulnerability & Patch Management, Data Security, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience



  • Minimum 10 years of SAP ECC experience
  • Minimum 7 years of SAP PP functional experience
  • Minimum 4 years of SAP MM and SAP WM functional experience
  • SAP EWM Experience Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred


Skills & Abilities



  • Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing and warehouse operations
  • Proven experience supporting RF scanners and Zebra printing solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
