APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Design and develop electronic and mechanical packaging solutions for advanced systems Perform structural, thermal, shock, and vibration analysis to validate designs Create and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, procedures, and reports Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout design and development cycles Support design for manufacturability initiatives and continuous product improvement efforts Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field with 2+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with 6+ months of relevant experience 2+ years of experience with CAD tools such as Creo for 2D/3D mechanical modeling and drawings 2+ years of experience with engineering documentation, design packages, specifications, and technical reports What Sets You Apart: Experience with Matlab/Simulink and dynamic simulation Experience performing structural analysis using Ansys Strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication methods Knowledge of technical, government, and industry standards Collaborative mindset with strong team-oriented communication skills Ability to adapt quickly during design and development changes Commitment to ongoing professional growth and innovation Interest in applying AI tools and technologies for process improvement and engineering innovation Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
