WORK SHIFT

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

* Assists with adjusting the Master Production Schedule to ensure timeliness regarding scheduling issues.

* Assists with evaluating weekly MRP demands and is responsible for determining scheduling deadlines and inventory quantities.

* Responds to system MPS/MRP recommendations and adjust manufacturing schedule (s) accordingly.

* Interfaces with Supervisors and Customer Service and resolve concerns regarding schedules, orders, and special needs.

* Evaluates ERP customer orders and solves back-order issues.

* Prepares weekly production reports, adjusts manufacturing schedule, resolves concerns regarding scheduling orders and special needs.

* Analyzes RCCP vs Weekly Build plans.

* Attend daily operations meeting.

* Collaborates with Supply Planners.

* Evaluates workload and provides mentoring to Supply planner II.

* Performs a variety of other tasks and related work, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.

* A minimum of five (5) years of supply chain experience.

* Demonstrated computer skills; preferably spreadsheets, word processing, and other applicable software programs.

* Experience with manufacturing work order on Teach Teams or Value Stream Structure.

* Demonstrated experience with tracking and reviewing reports.

* Beginner Blue Yonder skills.

* APICS.
