Salary Range: $80,083 - $147,544
Salary range updated 4/10/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Principal Objective
The Sr. Product Operations Manager is responsible for a full range of activities which ensure effective system processing and operations of branch applications, products, and services. Responsible for operational implementation of new deposit product, serves and fees. Oversees deposit project efforts including bank mergers and acquisitions. Provides support for business issues and makes recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities:
* Responsible for the implementation of deposit products, services, fees, or other initiatives relative to retail deposit and branch banking. Participates in new product development and upgrades to current products and services. Coordinates required disclosure and customer communications for products, services, policy, procedural or compliance. Serves as liaison to deal with interdepartmental issues, projects, and communication. 25%
* Serves as the lead role for merger/acquisition conversions for retail deposit/branches teams including data conversion and mapping, product mapping, reviewing customer communications, gap analysis, and training, pre-conversion data verification and coordinating support for conversion and post data-verification. Identifies any customer, conversion and cost impacts related to conversions or new implementations, coordinates resolutions or risk mitigations. Lead deposit related projects. Researches and investigates opportunities for enhancements and efficiencies within current systems and potential new applications. Responsible for vendor management of deposit or branch processing vendors related to project initiatives. Tracks and monitors project expenses to budget. 25%
* Serves as branch and deposits lead for Bank Control. Responsible for maintaining deposit related system functions such as DO, SRM, CIS, deposit abandoned property escheatment. Researches, troubleshoots, and resolves system errors and issues. Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions, serving as deposit and branch team liaison with IT analyst and FIS service. Serves as deposit representative to core system user groups. Responsible for maintaining deposit product interest rates. Monitors and tracks rate exceptions. Ensures interest rate calculations are accurate. 25%
* Responsible for testing of system upgrades, merger, and acquisition validations. Defines and develops test conditions for system implementations and conversions. Conducts and documents defined testing plans. Responsible for maintaining system workflows, ensuring proper functioning of deposit products, fees, and service charge schedules. 25%
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or business with work in computer field or equivalent work experience
Experience:
* 5 years' experience in banking/finance/operations and compliance
* Experience with database query tools
* Prior management experience
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
* Knowledge of database structures
* Analytical/problem solving skills
* Ability to relate business process to technology
* Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
