The eCommerce Director is responsible for shaping and optimizing the endtoend digital store experience across artist and brand webstores, with a sharp focus on conversion, performance, and customer engagement. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, experience design, and execution-owning how fans discover, navigate, and convert across our eCommerce ecosystem.

In this role, you will set the vision for bestinclass storefront experiences, translate data into actionable improvements, and partner closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to continuously raise the bar. Success looks like highly performant stores, deeply engaging fan journeys, and meaningful revenue growth driven by thoughtful optimization-not just flawless launches.


What you'll do:

  • Store Experience + Optimization. Own the overall fan experience across artist and brand stores.
  • Project and campaign management: oversee and execute digital album campaigns from start to finish. Ensure global alignment and timely deliveries
  • Promotion planning and executing: collaborate with digital marketing team on promotions and execute on site and across all artist channels
  • Data + Analytics: Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.



Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail, with a strong preference for consumerfacing, conversiondriven environments
  • Proven ability toown and optimize online store experiences, balancing brand storytelling with performance and usability
  • Highly analytical, with comfort using data, testing, and insights to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Strong crossfunctional partner who can align marketing, product, and technical teams around a shared experience vision
  • Deep familiarity withShopify and modern eCommerce best practices; handson experience with CRO, UX optimization, and digital merchandising strongly preferred
  • Music, entertainment, or fandomdriven commerce experience is a plus, but not required
