In this critical role, you will help guide individuals through the admissions process with empathy, expertise, and a commitment to exceptional care.

We're looking for a driven professional who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals recovering from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience verifying insurance benefits and negotiating with commercial payers and workers' compensation programs
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement processes and payer guidelines
• The ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, referral sources, and clinical teams
• A collaborative mindset and dedication to patient advocacy and positive outcomes
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming referrals and admissions coordination
• Verify insurance coverage and secure authorizations
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to facilitate seamless patient transitions
• Advocate for patients by ensuring access to appropriate care and services
