Graduate & Family Housing (GFH) is seeking a Night Operations Maintenance Supervisor to oversee after-hours maintenance operations across multiple campus locations. This position serves as the highest level of supervision during overnight operations and is responsible for ensuring continuity of services, rapid emergency response, and effective leadership of maintenance staff with minimal oversight.The Night Operations Maintenance Supervisor directly supervises night crew staff and provides leadership and support to second shift personnel transitioning into overnight operations. This role assigns and prioritizes work orders, responds to after-hours service calls and emergencies, troubleshoots facility issues in real time, and ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with department standards.The position coordinates closely with the Customer Service Center (CSC), communicates with residents and day shift leadership, and ensures that overnight issues are properly documented and followed up. This role is critical to maintaining service levels and operational control during after-hours conditions. QUALIFICATIONSRequired
