The Mobile Health Support Specialist is a dynamic, community-facing role responsible for supporting mobile clinic operations and delivering an excellent patient and partner experience at service sites. This role plays a key role in outreach, patient engagement, and on-site coordination, while collaborating closely with the mobile health team to ensure efficient, welcoming, and high-quality care delivery. The Mobile Health Support Specialist also supports the setup, breakdown, and readiness of the mobile clinic, including ensuring supplies are stocked, spaces are clean and functional, and daily operational checklists are completed. While vehicle operation is part of the role, it is one component of a broader set of responsibilities focused on supporting clinic accessibility and continuity of services. In addition, the Mobile Health Support Specialist contributes to maintaining a safe environment by observing and reporting safety concerns, supporting site awareness, and responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies in alignment with organizational protocol; interacts professionally with all individuals, including managing challenging situations with de-escalation techniques and sound judgment; adheres to organizational and departmental quality and service standards and may perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the mobile health program. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $66,169 - $82,309 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $31.69 - $39.42 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
