The Performance Excellence Program Lead supports the daily operations of the Regulatory and Performance Excellence teams. This role partners with local and system-wide multidisciplinary groups on complex regulatory readiness efforts, process improvement projects, program development, and operational enhancement initiatives. The incumbent plays a vital role in advancing, organizational compliance, performance excellence, and patient and family experience. The Lead also supports strategic plan activities and ensures project execution that delivers and sustains measurable results across the organization.
