Supply and Inventory Control Specialist

Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Supply and Inventory Control Specialist to join our team.

The Supply/Inventory Control Specialist will manage the accountability, tracking, and reporting of all warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient supply chain operations. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of inventory systems, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting audits and inspections. The Specialist plays an important role in ensuring the right supplies are available when needed, minimizing waste, and supporting compliance with government and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits.

• Maintain inventory database and generate reports.

• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement staff.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years inventory management experience.

• Familiarity with supply chain systems and databases.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Forklift certification a plus.
