SUMMARY Provides broad, day-to-day human resources support across a variety of functional areas, including employee relations, recruiting support, HR operations, and policy administration. Serves as a resource for employees and frontline supervisors, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and assisting with routine employee relations matters. Partners with more senior HR staff on more complex HR issues while independently managing recurring HR processes and providing reliable transactional and advisory support. The position helps drive operational excellence and contributes to a positive employee experience. The Bilingual HR Generalist will also communicate with non-English speaking employees to ensure accurate communication, understanding, and comprehension related to human resources matters. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Required) Work Experience:
Salary Range: $31.53/hour - $52.06/hour.
