Your Tasks

  • Lead and oversee all controlling and finance activities within the Industry & Infrastructure Division, with a focus on Industrial Assets and Sustainability Services.
  • Partner with Business Units and Senior Management to support data-led decisions and conduct ad hoc analyses to extract actionable business insights.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting processes.
  • Ensure accuracy of reporting and analysis for period end financial results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and profitability.
  • Provide operational and tactical insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in controlling and finance processes and tools.
  • Coordinate processes for accurate project/product costing and profitability reporting.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as required or proactively identified for business enhancement (i.e. M&A, PMI).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred
  • Min. 7 years of proven experience in FP&A, controlling or financial management, ideally in a fast-paced industrial environment and matrixed organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Business Intelligence and MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate and present information clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, ambition to grow and strong commitment to deadlines, process discipline and continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions, with a strong internal customer centric mindset.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $130,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
  • Work model: Hybrid, based at our Wakefield, MA headquarters.
  • Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel.
