People * Customers * Trust The assembler will work in a team environment to disassemble and inspect paper machine rolls utilizing various tools. Principle Accountabilities: Disassemble and inspection of paper machine rolls (training provided) Utilize different types of measuring instruments such as micrometers, sine bars, dial indicator, gauge blocks, calipers, etc. Record keeping - complete paperwork for each job accurately and neatly Operate tow motors, overhead cranes and different power tools in a safe and efficient manner (training provided) Requirements: Prior assembly experience Ability to work overtime as needed Must be at least 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds Willingness to cross train and assist in other areas as needed Preferred Qualifications: Knowledgeable of different paper machine rolls, bearings, seals and other components Experience working in a team environment Must have or willing to purchase own tools Schedule: 6:00AM - 4:00pm (4-day work week) Monday thru Thursday, Tuesday thru Friday - Rotates weekly Weekend work when required Safety Boot Reimbursement COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
