We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Student - Clerical (Summer Vacation Relief Employee) in our Claims Department in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This position is represented by Local No. 2150. This is a full-time summer positions beginning in May or June. Candidates must be available to work full-time during the summer. Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm - these hours are flexible. Job Responsibilities Assistance with general clerical office support duties. Data Entry Requesting Police Reports. Managing Claims Inbox Reviewing Payment Plans Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Driver's License High School diploma, GED, or HSED Enrolled as a part-time/full-time student pursuing a Technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master's Degree Preferred Qualifications Strong computer skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to multitask and ask the right questions Pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, and Legal Studies End Date: 05/17/2026 Minimum Posting Range: $20.75 Maximum Posting Range: $21.80 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
