As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry our people Customers are at the heart of our business. The Global Senior Benefits Administrator is a key member of the Total Rewards team responsible for the daytoday administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of employee benefits across multiple countries. This role partners closely with vendors, brokers, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure programs are compliant, costeffective, and aligned with our Total Rewards philosophy. The ideal candidate is a hands-on benefits operations expert who thrives in complex, multicountry environments and is highly proficient in HRIS/benefits administration platforms. They provide bestinclass employee support, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and empathy across health, wellness, retirement, and leave management. This role significantly impacts the employee experience by serving as a trusted global resource for benefits guidance, compliance, and care.
