Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Administrative Services Center location in East Petersburg, PA.

Responsible for planning and designing business services within IT. The role performs business analysis with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, and define requirements into documentation and conceptual design using appropriate techniques and visual models from which solutions are developed. The role troubleshoots and solves escalated issues, evaluates value of user change requests and leads the monitoring, measuring, and enhancing the service. Incumbents routinely communicate with all levels of management in the business and fully understand the underlying technologies and applications to inform business users on the capabilities of technology to solve business needs.



Responsibilities

    Leads sessions with business users, technology partners, and vendors to define solutions by identifying all the key stakeholder groups using a solution, the high level capabilities the business needs, including the depiction of data flows, and recommends solutions that enable the organization to meet its goals.
  • Executes the writing of complex business, functional, and technical requirements specifications, analyzing requirements, creating visual models, and facilitating elicitation sessions for projects.
  • Performs both smoke testing and user testing as appropriate. Performs and documents process mapping to identify current state versus future state processes to identify gaps and potential efficiency gains. Uses visual tools including diagramming and wire framing to ensure alignment of both business and technical stakeholders on conceptual design and function. Engages in data mapping and translation needed to help with design and implementation of new solutions. Acts in a project management capacity to deliver low rigor projects and initiatives.
  • Leads discussion with business and technology partners in identifying process improvement opportunities. Builds and fosters relationships across multiple organizations.
  • Actively participates in enterprise change control governance to assess impact of process and technical change requests to existing services.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Computer science, management information systems, or a related field. (Required)

Experience
  • 5 or more years business analysis experience, performing business process analysis, collecting and writing business and functional requirements, including process and data flows in support of technology investments. (Required)
  • 5 or more years financial services sector with a working understanding of bank technology, knowledge of primary banking applications, and general banking experience. Project management experience. (Preferred)
  • 4 or more years Creating process maps, and wire framing. Leading elicitation of requirements sessions. (Required)

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Pay Transparency

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $81,200.00 - $135,300.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
