POSITION OVERVIEW: Provides strategic advisory leadership and advanced planning expertise that guides enterprise event marketing strategy, optimizes integrated marketing initiatives, and ensures event content is aligned with brand priorities, audience needs, and long-term business goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops advanced strategic recommendations to optimize integrated marketing and event strategies that drive engagement, differentiation, and measurable impact. Conducts market, audience, and trend analysis to inform long-term event strategy frameworks and investment priorities. Provides senior-level advisory support for complex market assessments, competitive intelligence analysis, and event-related business cases. Prepares data-driven strategic recommendations for leadership using industry benchmarks, market research, and predictive insights. Designs, maintains, and evolves planning frameworks, methodologies, and strategic tools used across event and marketing teams. Ensures consistent adoption of event planning standards, measurement models, and strategic guidelines across functions. Develops and refines strategic measurement models to assess event return on investment and overall marketing effectiveness. Analyzes performance data to identify optimization opportunities and inform continuous improvement of event strategy and execution. Owns event content strategy, including agenda architecture, speaker strategy, and storytelling frameworks. Ensures all event content aligns with brand positioning, strategic priorities, and audience expectations while supporting integrated marketing objectives. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
