This role will partner closely with TRC's clients to develop training by leveraging the ADDIE methodology. The successful candidate will work with clients to understand learning requirements and develop training materials for online, instructor-led, and end-user reference materials.

• Develop and execute large-scale training deployment strategies
• Build training materials using the Microsoft Suite as well as training-specific programs including Storyline and/or Captivate
• Consult with clients to develop training strategies
• Program learning management system with new programs
• Provide project planning and oversight for organizational initiatives
• Oversee the tracking of training records to minimize organizational risk and ensure the legal defensibility of all training programs
• Conduct training gap analyses by working with subject matter experts to identify required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Prepare educational materials and technical documents
• Conduct training evaluation surveys

• 8+ years designing and developing large-scale training systems and the required materials
• Shall provide excellent customer service, be innovative, and maintain a high level of integrity
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to communicate effectively
• Strong ability to work with technical colleagues and produce relevant content for training
• Must have good PC skills with experience in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must have experience with Storyline or Captivate
• Must have experience using graphic design and/or training content development software
• Must have expertise in enterprise learning management systems

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
