Weekend Shift | Saturday - Monday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Must be able to train on the 1st shift.

What Gets You Hired

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6 months of machine operator experience preferably in digital printing
• Forklift or rider certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds with team lift assistance or equipment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of press operations, finishing equipment, and quality inspection processes
• Knowledge of roll building, FIFO inventory systems, and job ticket procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a production environment

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate web press equipment and finishing units according to roll build specifications
• Load and unload paper rolls and rethread press equipment following paper jams
• Replace ink barrels, clean printheads, and maintain press cassettes
• Perform basic troubleshooting, complete preventive maintenance tasks, and place service calls as needed
• Track supply usage and maintain department housekeeping standards
• Operate perforation units, slitter equipment, and Videk scanners
• Inspect materials for print or production defects and report quality concerns
• Follow FIFO inventory practices and verify job ticket accuracy
• Support production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
