Position Responsibilities

Deltek is looking for a sharp and self-motivated software developer/architect to join Costpoint ERP Engineering team to work on a range of areas within the product offering but with a specific focus on system administration domain as well as growing number of AI agents built across domains.

It will be necessary to learn existing Costpoint application development framework as well as agentic frameworks and be able to create new as well as maintain existing applications and agents. The position will require the ability to learn quickly and be able to balance new development along with maintenance/troubleshooting tasks.

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of expert skills with Java or .NET or similar programming language
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze, debug, and understand existing complex code is a must
  • Must have "no job is too small" attitude as there will be many different tasks within the overall solution
  • Prior experience working on Enterprise grade projects is a plus
  • Prior experience with ERP or other financial systems a plus
US Citizenship is required for this position

Compensation Info

The U.S. salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$160,750.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
