Description
Assists in the operation, coordination and delivery of the company's energy efficiency programs through the effective coordination of program implementation processes. Involves research, analysis, and compilation of data necessary to facilitate the rebate fulfillment process and to identify opportunities for increased customer participation and interest in company programs. Responsible for assuring the accuracy and completeness of the records and reports for the energy efficiency and/or demand response program(s). Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. This position has the ability to work in office or in a remotely within Boise, ID.

| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
Energy Efficiency Analyst I ($57,110 - $71,390):
- Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, building science, engineering, or related field.
Energy Efficiency Analyst II ($63,860 - $79,830):
- Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, building science, engineering, or related field; and
- Two years related experience.
Energy Efficiency Analyst III ($73,460 - $91,830):
- Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory normally acquired through a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, engineering or a related field; and
- Three years related experience, with increasing responsibilities.

| OTHER REQUIREMENTS |
- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
- Required to maintain a valid driver's license.
- Requires travel: Moderate (up to 25%).
- Subject to the Company's substance abuse testing program.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.

| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS |
- Utility and/or energy-efficiency program experience.
In addition, Level II:
- Prior experience with public speaking
- Prior experience conducting education and outreach campaigns.
In addition, Level III:
- Broad knowledge of marketing principles and developing media campaigns.

| JOB RESPONSIBILTIES |
- Assist in the operation, coordination and delivery of the company's energy efficiency and/or demand response programs.
- Participate in industry and stakeholder groups as required and serve as Company representative with industry groups.
- Assist in the compilation of regulatory filings and reports.
- Assist in the development of pilot programs, demonstration projects, and new initiatives.
- Assemble various data, calculations, chart presentations and program reporting to support management review and decision-making relating to energy efficiency program.
- Responsible for the development and execution of annual outreach program strategy and comprehensive campaigns to drive energy efficiency.
- Assist, advise and build relationships with internal and external industry partners.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
