Manager of Client Training
The Manager of Client Training defines, delivers, and continuously improves the client training strategy to support onboarding, adoption, and longterm success. This role leads the Training team and ensures scalable, highquality learning programs aligned with business goals, client needs, and SaaS best practices. The Manager partners crossfunctionally with Client Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention through impactful learning initiatives.
This role oversees LMS strategy and optimization, curriculum design, and the introduction of innovative learning approaches such as blended learning, microlearning, and virtual training. Using data and feedback, the Manager measures program effectiveness, establishes KPIs and OKRs, and drives continuous improvement. The position also includes team leadership, resource planning, vendor management, and budget input.

Requirements
The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $126,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
