Job Description

The Lead Consultant provides process expertise and project management and is accountable for the business results of the project. The individual supports the design of and execute change management efforts to drive adoption/support.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively manage programs ensuring all project decisions support business results with balance to also improve Net Promoter Score, IIF commitments

* Work with all AORs across the enterprise, through partnerships, and formal/informal communications to support the company's strategic objectives and support AOR goals and key processes enabling these

* Support future vision and strategy for large-scale programs through project delivery, providing information as requested to support the development of business cases and execution roadmaps, 3 year plans and ensuring vision is supported and prioritization is understood by Senior Leadership and all parties influencing funding decisions

* Achieve results through high performance environment, reporting on success criteria/metrics, communicating results to all stakeholders, acting on course corrections and offering innovative solutions

* Provides input into the architecture and design of the product; collaborating with the team in solving problems the right way

* Practices daily paired programming and test-driven development when troubleshooting business partner service-based queries

* Participates in executing the strategy, keeping the customer needs and wants in mind

* Serves as an expert on a specific business domain and demonstrates leadership and accountability

* Establishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment best practices

* Provides support for software products in user environments

* Participates in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to improve the team and the product

Experience

* 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 100,000.00 - 170,500.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
