* MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEST COAST HOURS * The Role Aquent Studios is looking for a Project Manager who thrives where creativity meets speed. You won't just manage timelines-you'll drive momentum, connect big ideas to execution, and help shape work for one of the world's most influential smartphone brands. From women's sports to social-first storytelling to launching new device features, you'll lead fast-moving, culture-driven workstreams that demand both creative instinct and operational precision. You'll sit at the center-linking global vision with U.S. execution, translating between marketers and makers, and keeping ambitious ideas on track without losing their edge. - Strategic Marketing Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing Brand team creative production team and the broader Marketing organization. You will deeply internalize marketing goals to ensure every creative output drives the intended business impact and brand sentiment.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate consistent communication with Marketing leads to ensure their needs-ranging from specific channel requirements to audience targeting-are reflected in the production process.
- End-to-End Production: Lead the lifecycle of creative projects from initial brief through delivery, ensuring all social and digital assets are on-brand, on-strategy, and on-time.
- Feature Launches: Partner with Product Marketing to translate complex new Pixel features (AI, camera tech, etc.) into digestible, engaging creative assets.
- Resource & Vendor Management: Coordinate with internal creative teams and external production partners to balance workloads and hit deadlines.
Project Requirements
- A Creative Hybrid: You have 5+ years of experience in project management or production. You know how to protect the "big idea" while ensuring it hits the specific KPIs defined by the Marketing team.
- A Collaborative Diplomat: You excel at balancing the "creative itch" with the "marketing need." You know how to manage expectations and provide solutions when production constraints meet marketing deadlines.
- Social-First Thinker: You understand the nuances of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You know that a "social asset" isn't just a resized TV spot; it's its own craft.
- Sports Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for (or experience in) the sports marketing landscape, particularly the rising momentum of Women's Sports.
Key Qualifications
- Operational Excellence: Expert-level proficiency in project management tools (Airtable, Google Workspace).
- Marketing Fluency: Ability to interpret a Marketing Brief and turn it into a Production Plan that leaves no stakeholder's requirements behind.
- Production Fluency: Real-world experience with video shoots, post-production workflows, and digital asset management.
- Agility: The ability to pivot quickly when a new social trend drops or a product feature spec changes at the eleventh hour.
