Shutterstock, Inc. seeks a Business Systems Analyst III in New York, NY to define and document user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications to support CRM and cross-platform enhancements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience collecting business requirements and translating them into scalable technical specifications including Google Workspace, Confluence, Lucid chart, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Slack, zoom, and Google meet; creating and maintaining documentation including BRDs, process maps, and internal guides using Lucid chart, Confluence, and Visio; leading user acceptance testing (UAT), including developing test cases and resolving defects; providing Tier-1 and Tier-2 support to troubleshoot technical issues using Salesforce Setup and Schema Builder, Salesforce Flows, SQL/SOQL, Tableau, and Postma; analyzing usage and performance data through root cause analysis using QA logs, SQL data queries, and defect trend reviews; participating in the full SDLC, including relational database design, SQL query optimization, and leading concurrent IT deliveries from inception to deployment; and in executing duties, utilizing Salesforce platform configuration and administration including Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, Reports & Dashboards, declarative automation with Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows, data management using Data Loader and Workbench, and Lightning Experience migration and Lightning App Builder. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. NO CALLS PLEASE.

Salary Range: $115,971.00 - $149,000.00/year.
