Key Responsibilities: Maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 & Environmental 14001 Quality Management System in alignment with the current ISO 9001 standard, which includes drafting, updating, reviewing, and improving policies, procedures, and work instructions, and maintaining the company's ISO9001 Certification. Maintain, and review with Management, the Company's COTOL Log, to identify and mitigate risks to product quality. Drive continuous improvement with all staff by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of quality control and assurance measures. L ead root cause analysis for non-conformances and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action process. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Compile and report analysis of data pertaining to Corrective Actions and Internal Audits as directed by the President Manage Audit program, which can include planning, conducting, assigning, and reporting on internal audits; preparing the company for third-party quality systems audits, and acting as the main liaison for external registrar audits and customer audits. Prepare for, chair, and document the quarterly Management Review meeting with the Management Team Prepare for, lead, and document the Quality Day held monthly with the staff of the company. Provide training on the Quality System, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and ISO 9001 awareness, to employees. Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues, as needed. Requirements: 5-7+ years in quality assurance/management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent leadership skills and t eam management abilities Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Systematic approach to problem-solving Excellent project management and decision-making skills Excellent and consistent attention to detail Deep understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard (current version) Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proficiency with Word, Excel and database software Background in statistical analysis Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
