This is an excellent hybrid opportunity for a Vice President of Marketing and Communications (40 hours/week) at our Administration Offices in Milwaukee or Madison, WI and remote.

PPWI's compensation philosophy is rooted in equity. Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's applicable experience and internal equity. The Vice President of Marketing and Communication pay starts from $129,189
annually.
Additional $1.50 per hour for bilingual (English/Spanish)
Purpose of Position: The Vice President of Marketing and Communications leads a team of communications and digital specialists, public relations and marketing professionals, and external marketing/design firms that support the Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin brand internally and externally. The role integrates earned, owned, paid and organic media, sets out the overall communications strategy for public policy campaigns, organizational advertising, outreach events, and internal communications across departments. The role centers the staff, patient, and community member experience to support an overall sense of belonging to the organization. The position plays a key leadership role translating cross-functional strategic initiatives into actionable plans that create clarity, consistency, and trust across staff, board, patient, donor, partner, and supporter audiences. Education and/or Experience:
