What You'll Do:
- Assemble electrical, optical, and mechanical components using specified tools and fixtures
- Perform functional and continuity testing using equipment such as oscilloscopes and ohmmeters
- Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and test procedures
- Assist in experiments, process adjustments, and data collection using specialized programs
- Identify defects, escalate issues, and support corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with safety practices and quality system procedures
- Contribute to process improvements and recommend changes to enhance product performance
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments

- Proficiency in building complex mechanical assemblies (electrical and optical assemblies, components, and harnesses)
- Communication Skills.

- Currently or previously IPC J-STD-001 solder certified.
- Ability to train others on procedures once you achieve Expert or Master Certification levels.
- Mechanical Assembly Skills.
- Computer Skills: Adept at programming assemblies using relevant software.
- Computer Proficiency: Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret engineering work instructions, drawings, or schematics to effectively perform job duties.

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

- Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
