Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the Client's NMPDC team as a Material & Build Coordinator. This unique role provides critical operational support to two of our most dynamic departments: Paint and Battery.
As a bridge between these two areas, you will ensure that materials are tracked, supplies are stocked, and documentation is seamless. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career within Client's prototype development operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Material & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels for both the Paint and Battery departments, ensuring all necessary parts and materials are available for scheduled builds.
* Part Tracking: Maintain precise records of part movement and availability to prevent delays in the development cycle.
* Work Order Coordination: Act as the central hub for work orders, ensuring they are accurately documented, assigned, and tracked through completion.
* Paint Supply SPOC: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all paint material ordering. You will manage relationships with suppliers and ensure the correct specifications of paint materials are always on hand.
* Documentation Organization: Maintain digital and physical records, ensuring all compliance and process documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline material handling and tracking workflows between departments.

* Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized while supporting two different departments.
* Coachable: A desire to learn the specific technical requirements of both paint and battery operations and a willingness to take feedback and grow.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between technicians, engineers, and suppliers.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and a quick learner of internal inventory management systems.
