Resident Assistant Job Details:

  • Hours: Part-time and Full-time Available
  • Shift: Morning Shift 6am - 2:15pm, Evening Shift 2pm - 10:15pm, and Overnight Shift 10pm - 6:15am Available
  • Pay: $18 - $22 / hour
  • Location: 215 37th Ave N, St Cloud, MN 56303 - Talamore St. Cloud

Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
  • Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
  • Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
  • Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
  • The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to case manager.
  • Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
  • Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Resident Assistant Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence preferred but not required.
  • Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but not required.
  • Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.
