The Process Product Specialist (PPS) manages processes in a fast paced, high volume, manufacturing environment. PPS are technical experts in their process area(s) and must possess knowledge and understanding of how their processes affect how our vehicles are built. Process Product Specialists ensure that the processes associated with their designated area(s) are being followed, verify conformance of processes and coordinate engineering, tooling and quality changes involving the systems and components within their control. The PPS coordinates safety, quality, delivery, cost and other initiatives. Provide problem solving coaching and mentoring to team members (both hourly and salary) regarding Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) techniques as well as the Process. Provide process or parts related information required for Team/SIS Boards to the Team Leaders. PPS audit boards for adherence to requirements based around their area of concentration. PPS' interface with Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), Program Management, Product Engineering and Supplier Quality to assure compliance to build requirements as well as to drive product changes necessary to improve quality. Possess proficiency in software applications, as well as general understanding of the production monitoring systems and the ability to access basic baseline data for their respective process areas (i.e. downtime, knockdowns, throughput, etc...). within their area of responsibility. Evaluate the implementation of innovative technological solutions and drive standardization and read across of effective countermeasures. Basic Qualifications:
