BASIC PURPOSE:


The Oracle ERP Training and Change Management Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end training enablement and organizational change management (OCM) initiatives for Oracle ERP programs, and ensures business readiness, user adoption, and successful transition through structured change, communication, stakeholder engagement, and role-based training across implementation phases.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Lead the overall training and change management strategy for Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations.
  • Design and manage role-based training programs, including SME enablement, UAT training, and end-user training.
  • Create and govern training artifacts such as training decks, user guides, simulations, job aids, and knowledge repositories.
  • Coordinate and lead workshops with functional SMEs to gather / record / document training content requirements and inputs.
  • Coordinate and lead training content creation specialists for the creation of training materials with the correct and complete content, format, and schedule.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with AI training creation vendor and apply AI as needed to generate training content.
  • Coordinate closely with functional leads, SMEs, system integrators, and business stakeholders to align training content with finalized solution designs.
  • Plan and manage UAT training and validation activities to ensure business users are fully prepared for testing and sign-off.
  • Drive communication planning and execution to support change adoption, including leadership updates, end-user messaging, and release communications.
  • Track readiness, adoption metrics, and training effectiveness; provide regular status updates to program leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate people-related risks impacting adoption, productivity, or business continuity.
  • Manage training schedules, resource plans, vendors, and budgets aligned with overall ERP program milestones.
  • Review and analyze training videos to extract key concepts, processes, and instructions.
  • Develop clear, concise, and engaging training documents, manuals, and guides based on video content.
  • Ensure training materials are aligned with organizational standards, learning objectives, and audience needs.
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High school diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree in computer science, related engineering field OR equivalent experience, preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in handling training programs for ERP solutions
  • Has managed a training program for a large project before
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP - Fusion streams
  • Knowledge of the Oracle modules that we are implementing in the project
  • Capable of running information gathering workshops with users and collect / document requirements
  • Able to deliver training sessions
  • Direct experience of creating training material
  • Direct experience with process and control documentation
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
