Client Processing Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Client Processing Specialist for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hybrid 6 month contract opportunity requiring 4 days per week onsite.

Pay: $17-20 an hour w2

This role involves providing high-quality client service and operational support. The specialist will be responsible for daily transaction processing, problem resolution, reconciliations, and maintaining client accounts in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will apply their expertise to handle complex operational tasks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Apply expertise and judgement in providing quality and complex client service and support to internal and external clients on a daily basis
• Perform a variety of operational tasks in a product or functional area, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and accounting services
• Investigate and correct errors in client accounts and conduct independent analysis and policy interpretation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and execute all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Work closely with technology and systems teams to ensure the system is efficient and incorporates any necessary risk mitigations
• Provide product knowledge, market nuances, requirements, and technical assistance as necessary
• May review and check work of other Client Processing Support staff and help resolve escalated issues

Requirements:

• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 2 to 2.5 years of total work experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Flexibility in shifts

Desired skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in Trade & Settlement processing preferred
