IT Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Project Manager - Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology-focused projects. The ideal candidate will manage work objectives, coordinate across multiple teams, handle risk management, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations for functionality, quality, and timeline while providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates)
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
• Gather and facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
• Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
• Support resource planning for delivery/execution

Requirements:

• 5 - 7 years of experience with large and complex Technology related projects, including process design, gathering and analyzing user/system requirements, managing deliverables, timelines, and project plans
• Experience with reporting status and tracking metrics/KOI's

Desired skills:

• Strong process design and documentation skills
• Experience with systems such as JIRA and Remedy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• General technical knowledge of system architecture

Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54 per hour
