Tractor Driver Ag - DP0798 - Cleanup & Setup Crew (Shift Varies)

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Inspect and operate the Grader, Tractor and all special equipment Carryalls, Housekeepers, Corner-puller, Broom, Blower, BG Scraper, Weed- Sprayer and Disc. at the start of each shift and through the to assure that equipment Is in safe running condition.
• Maintain and operate Tractor to meet scheduled needs.
• Removal of old litter, the placement of new litter (Rice hulls) and leveling of ground in and around chicken houses in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform groundwork as needed.
• Report any unsafe Conditions to your Supervisor immediately.
• Report all damages to equipment and or buildings to your leadsperson or supervisor immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Class C driver's license with a clean DMV printout.
• Must be able to operate grader, tractor and special equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform groundwork when needed.
• Must be able to work independently with or without direct supervision.
• Must be able to work at different ranch locations.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
