Description Our client is seeking a junior-level IT Finance / Contracts Coordinator to work onsite in Paulsboro, NJ, supporting the IT organization for multiple refinery locations. This role will work closely with the current manager and is designed as a succession opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career with a finance or business background, hands-on SAP experience, and a desire to build a long-term career in operations or IT financial coordination. Key Responsibilities Work side-by-side with the current IT Finance Manager to support day-to-day operations Create, review, and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP Support contract administration, invoicing, and financial tracking for IT and some corporate functions Obtain and review vendor quotes, route for approvals, and convert approved quotes into POs Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation Provide clerical and financial coordination support for IT teams supporting four refineries (NJ, DE, OH, LA) Learn internal processes with the intent to take on increased responsibility over time Additional Details Onsite role: 5 days per week in Paulsboro, NJ Why This Role This role offers career stability, mentorship, and a clear growth path.
