Level: P40 or P50, depending on depth of cross-product leadership and operating model experience.

Position Summary

Seeking a Functional Lead for the Adobe-on-Adobe GenStudio initiative to support defining, rolling out, and growing how Adobe adopts GenStudio and related content supply chain products across planning, content creation, review and approval, activation, and measurement.

This role is intended for a technical-functional leader. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional development for the Adobe-on-Adobe GenStudio on a single work stream across business processes, workflow, governance, and system usage.

  • Translate business goals into scalable operating models.

  • Serve as the primary functional bridge between various collaborators.

  • Partner with product and technical teams to build configuration decisions.

  • Ensure solutions are practical for real operating teams.

  • Identify process gaps, product limitations, and adoption risks.

  • Support phased rollout planning, UAT, change readiness, enablement, and post-launch optimization.

  • Capture findings from Adobe-on-Adobe usage for broader improvements.

  • For P50 scope: provide functional leadership across multiple workstreams.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep experience in at least one relevant Adobe product area.

  • Strong experience translating product capabilities into business process development.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workshops and functional solution development.

  • Experience working across both business collaborators and technical teams.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise content lifecycle concepts.

  • Ability to produce clear documentation including process flows and requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills with adaptability for various audiences, including executives.

  • Strong bias for simplification, scalability, and usable outcomes.
