Senior Acquisition Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Acquisition Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Acquisition Analyst will provide support to the Acquisition Lead of PMA-280.

Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as APs, Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, CDRLs, and APB agreements. Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Oversee Acquisition efforts for all IPT Project Teams with PID generation and other acquisition duties including SOWs/SOOs, CDRLs, Streamlines Acquisition Plans (STRAPs), Acquisition Strategy Briefs, Justification & Approvals (J&As), PMT/CDRL Tool guidance, etc.

* Advise IPTLs on Acquisition Regulations, Thresholds, and PMA-280 Acquisition Processes/Procedures

* Attend and support Procurement Planning Conferences, Acquisition Strategy Briefs, Data Requirements Review Boards (DRRB), Contract Status Meetings, Program Management Meetings, etc.

* Generate informational reports utilizing the PMT database and other information available in the PMA.

Required Education: MA/MS degree

Allowable Substitution:

Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR

Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR

Minimum of six (6) years work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Required Experience: Over Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description and task list

Desired Experience:

: Support and draft program milestones related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.

Must hold and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $99,118.96-$148,678.44 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
